Communications Coaching for Executive, Middle Manager and Emerging Leaders – Coaching is a highly individualized form of development that is based on a personal relationship between the coach and the client. Our approach is to work with the client to develop non-verbal, interpersonal, small group and large group communications skills. Depending on the individual’s role in the organization their needs change. We employ a mixture of assessments, activities and development plans to facilitate growth. Generally, we establish a six month contract and conduct one hour coaching sessions every two weeks. Rate: $250/per hour

Leadership Coaching for Executive, Middle Manager and Emerging Leaders – Leadership is a highly complex endeavor. As the leader, followers and context changes so do the necessary tools for success. Our approach to leadership coaching is a highly individualized curriculum based on the needs of the client. Topics may include – building relationships, leadership theory, motivational techniques, facilitating change and creating a culture of continual development. Depending on the individual’s role in the organizations, the needs change. However, we employ a mixture of assessments, activities and development plans to facilitate growth. Generally, we establish a six month contract and conduct one hour coaching sessions every two weeks. Rate: $250/per hour
