Executive Team Building – Building an executive team is an ongoing process that is never complete. As team members enter and exit the team dynamics change. We will work with you to design a retreat that meets you where you are. If you are group of new team members or a seasoned group looking for a bump we can work with you to design a thoughtful, energizing and content rich learning experience.

Visioning Retreats – Where is your organization going? Are all employees on the same page and moving in a common direction or do many have ‘different’ perspectives on the direction of the organization? This session is designed to help you and your team, develop a common vision.

Departmental Retreats – Does your team need a boost?  The Larry Morrow Group offers departmental retreats that are designed to align, energize, challenge and develop your team. We will work with you to design a curriculum that will meet your objectives and take your department to the next level.

The Think Tank – Looking for a group of people to help you think through your organizational challenges? We will assemble a cross section of talented and creative individuals who can help you brainstorm and think differently about the challenges and obstacles your department or organization faces.

Retreat Pricing

We will work with you to develop a pricing structure that meets the needs of your organization or business. Our general pricing is as follows:

Group retreat – Half day – $3,000

Group retreat – One day – $5,000

Group retreat – Two day – $8,000
